At this point in time based on available information, NEPT will in no way benefit from legalization of mj in the U.S. Further the cammarata is now saying they are a CPG company with a cannabis 'option'. CPG companies do not need federal legization in the US to be successful under products that will be made with hemp biomass which is already federally legal.
