RE:RE:Whats not to like Regarding market cap, 40 cents a share would be $240 million assuming the merger goes through which would tally total shares at 600,000,000, and also assuming there were no more shares issued or warrants exercised. Not trying to be negative or bash, but just stating reality. Number of shares and market cap do matter. That's usually the problem (in my own experience at least) in companies with resources going into production and the costs needed to do so. In this case they are aquiring a new property with only shares and no cash proceeds from production, which is the main downside to the merger.
