Posted this on PYR board but it definitely applies here at HPQ:

To chime in lot of things developed whether new technology, product, idea, cure for diseases etc are based on future potential.  Lot of very expensive land deals make no sense to the general public eye whereas they produce absolutely no cash flow/lucrative $ but bc of the high density vertical ability to go high rise sky scraper ..it is very valuable to do the end user developer. 

HPQ via PYR tech/egnineering imho absolutely dominate many of the targeted industries. 

LONG and STRONG HPQ!!!!!!!!!
