Biden Executive Order

Biden's executive order concerning railway consolidations will surely cause a drop in SP of CN and KSU today.
He is also trying to limit pricing power of the railways. Premarket KSU down $21.25 or 7.45%. If the deal is nixed, it will cost CN big dollars in break fees.
