Atrocious IR and PRGreat business if you can run it properly.
The company would do well to put itself up for sale with a strategic review at this point. The management team has no clue how to use social media, or other IR channels to drive interest in the market.
The CEO is a dinosaur.. he needs to step aside and do the right thing for shareholders. Good leaders lead by authority, great leaders lead by example.
