Yes I am wondering that myself

There is a subtle, yet interesting difference between the mission statements of the two Cannabis Investco's 

BlackHawk says that they are  "looking to create substantial value for its shareholders through the acquisition and development of high growth companies."  With 22 NR's so far this year

whereas...

Quinsam "is a merchant bank with a focus on "small cap" investments which it believes are undervalued"...with only 4 NR's this year.
