RE:WHAT WOULD HAPPENI think that's the type of argument that the esteemed late RetiredCEO would make, although from memory he also cited some imminent zoning reratings as anothetr catalyst to NAV.

The current market HATES Reits that aren't pure plays, and certainly Dream Office's holding in Dream Industrial is not being ascribed its true value in the SP.  I think there will be some 3-way shenanigans between the two and Artis at some point this year, which will hopefully crystallize the value.I don't think $32 is cloud cuckoo land.
