Its key midstream assets include the Brazeau River Complex and Fractionation Facility (BRC), a full-service natural gas and NGL processing facility with natural gas storage pools, and the Ram River Gas Plant, a sour natural gas processing facility with sulfur handling solutions and rail connections. I think a  60/40 JV with project level financing would be my preference: requires no incremental cash from TWM, de-risks the project but should return material DCF.

I'm wary of a 100% TWM goes it alone scenario: the spreadsheet of the project is compelling but I'm less sold on the realities of it, both political and feedstock.

I'm both curious about how this shakes out and would like to see it operational in 2023
