I think it is top gun. "Don't write checks your body can't cash" Last time I invest in a company that writes promises the company can't cash(deliver on), regardless of outcome even if it reaches 1$ Now it ever reaching that point seems very unlikely with a company that can't execute a plan and on a promise.
