When I grew up in Halifax, cars went in one direction in the mornings and another in the evening and if you went the opposite way you were laughing.
Also the construction is nuts, it does not matter what direction you are driving, tons of it. All for bycycles, although no bikes around.
Forget about parking, at $30 a day you can have all you want.
And cars from other provinces, tons of them from New Brunswick.
We are over 70% single dose and getting closer to 50% 2nd dose I think so people are getting more comfortable although a few cases pop up from outside the province.
I can see some debt repayment for sure, but if they are able to drill they will with the returns they are getting. And heading into winter again is nothing but money in the bank for a hedged firm.
Maybe past funds will compound eventually.
