Lot's of activity for sure, that required adjustments along the way from the overly optimistic early days. All that is missing from the picture now is material sales to allow us to assess whether this is a foundation for a middle of the row townhouse, detached family home, or a multi-story residential building ranging from a few floors to rivaling taller skyscrapers. We should see more NRs in July.
