RE:RE:I guess A,B,CNot necessarily, the clients may have NOT notified PYR that for whatever reasons, they are not jumping into it just yet, maybe pricing, timing, trust, maybe just put the project on the back burner, then PYR coudln't release what they don't know. Besides, modeling or quotes are not failed contracts if rejected, so I don't think it would qualify for a legal ramification?
