This is the first time I have posted on the Board but my clients and I have been shareholders since last November. We currently hold a substantial amount of shares and are long term investors. I wanted to comment and support the post by the Captain. He/she is absolutely correct. The price of the stock is reacting to an impending consolidation. Bruce alluded to a consolidation in two of his recent interviews. With the pending merger, Hybrid will have over 800 million shares. A 4:1 consolidation seems likely. Consolidations in the past have been met with skepticism and lower stock prices however if it means we will have the opportunity to move to a credible exchange and begin to enlist institutional ownership, then I am 100% behing the move. The goal here is to expand own shareholder base and this can only be done with moving to the TSX or Nasdaq and getting institutional ownership. Obviously this will be months from now, so day traders will be disappointed. However if you can stay invested for the next year or two, you should be rewarded. It all depends on your time horizon. All the best.
Fake account and a fake post. I worked 3 yesrs at TD Bank as an options market maker and I can assure you this is not how big funds operate. They do not stick around for reverse splits and destruction of shareholder value. After the rollback, they will more financings and dilute once again. Hear me now, quote me later. As much as this board loves Bruce, but historically that is also his way of operating. There will be a good time to buy this stock but right now is not it. Price action reflects that. No one is manipulating the stock - there is plain selling pressure. Caution is appropriate.
