I hear you but having worked for banks I can assure you that analysts although there is suppose to be a Chinese wall between the research Dept. and corporate banking, that is simply not true and does analysts especially the new ones often assigned to small caps feel enormous pressure bordering on intimadation. It's a doggy dog world. Those TD bankers did not do a legimate DD and were salivating at the commission's dollars, guess what happens, you don't ask all the questions and you cut corners.
