RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cash offer...........TVR, yes we would all be better off today if that offer had been accepted. We might also have been better off if we had been able to complete and get the Heartland Complex off and producing. However, you look back at the media reports soon after the time of Shing's offer you will find that it was made clear that they would not receive the approval of the Federal Government so why bother pursuing the idea.
