Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canadian natural resource exploration company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. Thanks for the informative post. Yet again, it leaves me with more questions than answers.

My understanding is, and I beleve 500k Salmon also mentioned that the proposed mine is outside the land claims of the LBN.

You mention in Stage 6 of the Treaty process that the LBN will obtain a veto power over mining proposals. Why would they have a veto over mining proposals, but not other resource developement?  Even the UNDRIP does not provide a veto, but states the need to consult. Can you reference any other FN that has gone through the Treaty process that have been granted a veto power over resouce developments?

There has been a lot of misinformation and many bias opinions. Just looking for some clarifications.
