RE:More Realistic Numbers

RE:More Realistic NumbersAnd I thought our beloved leader would take the weekend off,but no,he has provided an epistle re Sage, the RE market,Entitlement, and local living conditions, all of which bode for an apparantly much rosier picture for Sage profits.I feel inadequate to take the new information and convert it to GRB's bottom line, with ratios of profit increase per square foot, who is paying expenses, cost or no cost of acreage and soaring housing prices and to a lesser degree rising costs.
Biggamer do you care to attempt to revise your nos.in light of this new data? Mr Who,do you want to give it a shot?Would love to see your estimates of the increased profit potential of Sage.
