RE:RE:RE:this is exactly WHY Goldboro LNG is needed...I would venture out to say that the main cost difference is the transportation. that is why I 
 said before that the only one who could pull a project like that off is Enbridge. for them 
 the economics work and it would be foolish for them to not try and do it. 
FYI, doing a project like that in Canada is extremely expensive vs the u.s south due to 
 costs of logistics, man power and other components of the costs. regulations is surely 
 a high cost, but Canada will always be a high cost area due to distances. especially 
 when its done in the eastern side.
