It thinks CVE has some kind of "special" relationship out East. You have to have something special to ship oil off the west coast, down through the panama canal, and back up the Canada's east Coast.!!!
I've now said it several time.....CVE probably not selling Atlantic assets.
China.....that will probably go, IMHO.
There's other Factors at Play here other than $$$$$$$ ..... unfortunately for shareholders.
