RE:Insiders keep buying We already know Mr. Manji is up to his eyeballs in Artis shares, so it is not particularly important to see him buying more.  But with the shares so cheap, I cannot really blame him for bellying up.

I would rather see nothing but Artis repurchases on the insider report.  This would allow for some days with no insider buying, so the stock price could cool off a bit on these "off days".  I do not want the stock price to rise to anything close to NAV so long as repurchases can keep humming along at such a brisk pace.  If Artis could spend the next year retiring a million shares a month at $11 or so, that would be absolutely fantastic!
