More Rapid Tests without Vaccine Passports?

I thought this was a great dialogue with opposing views.
I cross posted for those on ScreenPro board.

Around 10 mins 15 seconds in (just before end), he states alternative to people don't want to vaccinate (for religious, personal, cannot due to immunocompromised etc) is more rapid tests. For example you cannot enter event like "Calgary Stampede" unless shows rapid test negative at entrance.

Regardless of your views its a good listen with good points on both sides.
