Regardless, my point had nothing to do with politics. This is not a liberal or conservative issue. It is a scientific issue. The science shows the mine to be safe. The science also shows that increasing carbon levels are trapping more and more heat, which is leading to the dangerous new temperature highs.

LBN may be fighting BKM when the true risk to the timber and sockeye is climate change. 

IMO LBN should consider the big picture.

Electrification is in the opinion of the vast majority of scientists, our only hope. That hope requires copper.

LBN have the rare opportunity to improve their quality of life by helping to make copper available, and in the process, be part of the solution.
