I doubt they are taken over anytime soon and not so sure they would get a great price per share at the moment. Plus they just issued a bunch of options and RSU's (free shares) which they would lose if they sell. Analyist have been saying for years that Quipt is a takeover target. Especially Bruce Campbell, who just sold his holdings other than the debentures. So abviously he has given up on the idea of a takeover.
As far as a "game changing move the needle aquisition", that has been promised for awhile. So I assume that is what they will announce soon and bring Quipt back to $10.00. However, it may require them to do a subsequent bought deal, to replemish cash used to require a large aquisition. Thus why I plan to sell for around $10.00. My thought is, there will be a short window to sell at that amount, before it retraces again.
A tuck in aquisition at this point will not move the needle.
Just my opinion.
