I have to agree with bccs on this... I'm a diver, avid one at that so I am very disturbed by the damage being done to the reefs and marinelife. Cruise ships are notorious for dumping waste at sea and the damage being done in Cozumel is unconscionable and it's not just here...!

There needs to be huge fines if ships show up to ports without the expected amount of waste... do we not control truckers regarding times it takes to get from one weigh station to the next?
