When to buy?

This last bit of news is not good (again). More dilution. Add to that, what will be poor financials in about a month, and you have a drop in share price. I will be buying AFTER the quarterly release. I doubt very, very much the share price will be above $20 CANADIAN at that time. (More like mid teens). Full disclosure: I am STILL holding a lot of shares.
