Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

b. Rose Lithium-Tantalum mining project: Discussion on the coming steps in the project review process and review of briefs and public opinions Several issues were raised by participants during the public hearings. COMEX has noted these concerns and will consider all of them in its final recommendation. Regarding this matter, COMEX held a specific meeting on April 8, 2021 to further discuss this project. COMEX has decided to write the Provincial Administrator to inform him that the COMEX members find that several of the answers provided by the proponent to questions asked during the hearings were unclear, inadequate, or incomplete. #2021-0422-02: write the Provincial Administrator to inform him that the COMEX members recommend that the proponent adequately address the questions and concerns expressed by the communities by providing the proper information and improving his communication efforts (questions detailed in the document provided).
