You can also read that to say BIP may NOT sweeten it offer

These guys are jokers and are not showing signs they want to offer a penny more than what they've already stated

Good on the commission for keeping the breakup fee intact and denouncing their underhanded stratetdgy of using derivatives to increase their stake in IPL
