When the chef leaves the kitchen after bad tasting reviews...and rightfully so. Adam was lacking that hunger, and the serious drive needed to propel what could be an essential product to the masses. This is very interesting and a much welcomed change.
Albeit cheers to the man who started what others will finish accordingly... this is a great product/service that deserves large scale numbers of patrons, and it will get there.
