I guess the logical question I should be asking myself in regards to Trul doing a m and a, or selling BHNG products is does BHNG have good enough products and can they supply product or are they going to do a branding deal and manufacture from the IP and recipes.

The US needs to legalize cross border transfer of cannabinoid products to give American potpreneurs a fair shake for growth and expansion.

I agree that this is manipulated by the marketmakers as are several others that I follow.

Some form of triggering event has got to happen to streamline and make greenrush companies with potential, viable.

We are on the verge of a whole new vice and pharma industry that Big Alcohol and Pharma are in the process of jumping on board and I suspect a lot of negative influence from them that stand to lose marketshare and dollars and loss of political contributions.

Marketmakers are bad news for junior companies with potential because the defeat the very reason and purpose of going public to raise funds.  They can destroy a company with this deck stacking for personal gain.

Sadly, small individual investors get relieved of their investments and don't want to play while the destroyers pick up the pieces for almost nothing.

It makes me wonder how complicit the SEC and other watchdogs are by allowing this to continue!

Politicians are negligent or complicit in continuing this clusterfocking to protect the public from pain and suffering.  Big Alcohol and Big Pharma need to get the same scrutiny.

Level the playing field and give potpreneurs a chance!
