Long story short, these lawsuits were without merit, if not fraudulent. Fincanna has since restructured its investment in CTI, and there is no risk whatsoever that they lose their ownership in CTI. All those legal procedures slowed down CTI's progress a lot though, and surely impacted Fincanna's share price. CTI was planning to go public at some point through a RTO. If CTI was to revisite that idea, Fincanna would be entilted to 25%-50% of the proceeds, + some warrants (7% if I remember correctly). Patience will hopefully pay some day.
