RE:COMPETITORS or TROUBLED COMPETITORS?

This is a financially troubled airline which had tried to merge with WJ.  Seemed like a perfect match as WJ was in desparate need of a regional feeder and Porter was rumoured to be on the ropes.  Yet the deal fell thru and WJ started Encore instead.  What scared off WJ?

Now while airlines around the world look to rebuild their networks a small cash strapped regional airline is making a $5B aircraft purchase and undergoing a massive expansion.  In football this is called a "Hail Mary".  Billy Bishop is the core of their business.  How are passengers going to connect to YYZ flights?  UP train ?

With $250M in hand Deluce is running a scam.
