Bevcanna paid over $16M for those water rights and got nothing for it.
Bevcanna paid over $11M for building everything on the land +bottling facility) that cost Naturo $1.5M and got nothing from it.
They paid over $5M in lease agrrements  and got nothing for it.
This means that over the last two years Bevcanna has paid Naturo close to $35M and got nothing for it.
Then they paid Naturo $39M for everything above they already had rights and access too.
Naturo's revenues for the first quarter - a loss of $437,000
Yup, paying $75M for a company that losses $2M a year (this doesn't include all the consulting fees, etc. Naturo charged Bevcanna)

This is all over the 2-3 years not 20.
