RE:RE:The power of Noiw

RE:RE:The power of NoiwPersonally I'm a fan of worrying.  It's been the driving force that has gotten me to where I am.  My most despised expression in this world is 'it is what it is'.  If I here someone utter that phrase I typically am of the opinion that they are a going nowhere loser (excuse the expression).  Far too many hide behind the fact that life comes by people honestly, and that much of it isn't worth worrying about because it's a predetermined path that they're walking.  Life is what you make it, and accepting that things are as they are is an admission of an inablity to change what needs altering.  People need to take ownership and carve out a life that they want and deserve.  The alternative is an attitude that I cannot accept personally.  Work hard, take pride, do what's required.  Worrying is healthy, and it drives people to get an education, secure employment, prepare their kids for the future etc.  I personally embrace it.  As a matter of consequence, I no longer need to worry too much, and I'm only 40.  As a parent of many young kids though, I still do steadily!  GLTA

Watch a show like hoarders or intervention or my 500lb life or talk to someone with ptsd. Then just say to them hey just forget your past and don't worry about your future and walk away and see how effective that is. Past experiences literally form you into the person you are today you can't just erase them they are in your mind. Also people who suffer from depression may have a chemical imbalance in their brain or have suffered traumatic experiences in the past, it's not as easy as just forget your past and don't worry about your future.

On of the primary causes of depression is ruminating about things that have happened in your past.
The primary cause of anxiety is worrying what will happen in the future.
There's nothing you can do about the past.
It's history.
Shed the burden of it.
It's not worth carrying.

The future will come when it comes.
Why worry about something that hasn't happened yet, and might not even happen?

Live in the present moment.
It's called mindfullness.

You're probably just lying in bed right now.
That's all you're doing.
You have nothing to worry about when you're just lying in bed.

Forget the past and don't worry about the future and you will get rid of depression and anxiety.
Live in the present moment.
You'll feel weightless
