As for #2, Peter has not confirmed any signed contracts
As for #3,  this is a cost estimate only at this time, and IF accepted we are looking at 36 torches at $1.2M  =  $43.2M    forget the $1.8M per unit for now, only once in service will it generate revenues, and over 5 years, 2024-25-26-27-28
As for #4, it's a bid and there is a chance, but when? don't count on it just yet

I could go on about your other assumptions, but i rest my case
