He is building a stable of pure bred properties in conjunction with Benton. These guys know the geology in Newfoundland better than anyone. There is a wealth of information already known.....soil samples, drilling etc.
The most cost effective approach will be fill in all the gaps survey wise, and turn Gold spot loose.....let them prioritize, punch a few drill holes and move on if unsuccessful, knowing with 85-90% certainty nothing will be found. If geologists have a gut feeling for property, then revisit later. This is the most cost effective way to cover large areas.
Nfld is using this approach, and I agree.
