Yes, I would agree, but I'm sure some did panic. Most are probably shorters. CIBC put up a big sell at $0.55 to start the low price then pulled it and were probably accumulating the stock. I think we are seeing more and more shares moving into the hands of the institutions and stronger hands because they know this stock is going to do very, very well in the coming months and years.
