Suncor = $16.07
Canadian Natural Resources $12.15
I picked this date since it was when both had tanked to extreme lows as per Google.
And this is when things went wrong for Suncor and things started going well for Canadian Natural Resources.
Now Suncor sits today at $28.27
And Canadian Natural Resources - $44.26
To make things even worse, considering most of us are not fools, if you would had compared both to Microsoft when MSFT was at $137.35 US per share, and is now at $280.98 US per share you wouild had more than doubled your money, Tripled your money with CNQ which worked out better for Canadian Natural Resources shareholders, and doubled for Tech Microsoft, and less than doubled for Suncor investors that managed to buy in those dates.
I know not everyone was lucky to have bought in those dates, this is just a point that Suncor is not doing as well as others, Hopefully they can turn this around. And I personally don't see the ESG report bringing in any added Share Price increments,. It will probably be stay between 28 and 31 until some real news comes along, Q2 results better not be disappointing. And if they are not as good as anticipated then they better increase the divend payments fast.

Guess which one I sold and which one I bought. Tsk Tsk Tsk
Still worth selling SU now and buying CNQ as you'll get a much better dividend and continued growth in CNQ. SU is broken, plain and simple.
$27's today...
