Now would be the perfect time to replace the founder and his incompetent proxies with competent management who have what it takes to take the company to the next level. Poor leadership along with insiders having little skin in the game is the main thing holding the SP back. The only reason Roger and Kristina have the stake they do is they have been converting some of their bloated salaries into shares in the company. It seems that Roger is using Kristina's position as CFO as a way to circumvent the OSC restrictions and as a way to suck more cash out of the company by having her draw a salary that is well above her worth.
How can shareholders help to make this management tranformation happen, or is it already a done deal ?
