Eigen,
I agree with your comments, but I do believe that as time goes by there is a greater likelyhood that they have an asset sale in whole or in part that is being negotiated. One thing that ATH management has demonstrated in the past is their ability to be very creative in making financial deals.

**********

In the REAL world, NVA has just TOLD YOU that your ANALYSIS is COMPLETE HOGWASH !!!

NVA had top GO the PRIVATE PLACEMENT route and DANGLE a SUPERIOR interest rate in ORDER TO ATTRACT entities WILLING to LEND TO THEM !!!

For many REASONS, the UNIVERSE of AVAILABLE credit money to FINANCE long-term NOTES of medium Canadian O&G firms is SHRINKING DRAMATICALLY !!!

Therefore ATH CAN'T be COMPLACENT even though strip crude oil prices are VERY FAVORABLE !!!

A SMART management team at Athabasca Oil would ENGAGE the Note bookrunners AS SOON AS THE Q2/2021 financials are READY !!!???!!!

By MY assumptions, they 'OUGHT' to be ready by the END OF THIS WEEK !!!

The ONLY acceptable delay is IF they have an ASSET SALE in PROGRESS (?????) and they are waiting (due delligence ???) to EXECUTE the sales agreement !!!???!!!

This is my opinion only.
