RE:RE:RE:RE:Really Loughatorick??? Thank you all for taking the time to comment.

The Foundation Agreement states that the Province and LBN need to
try and reach a common understanding on, in part, major mine permitting.
It also provided guidance as procedures on how to resolve disagreements.
In other words, there will be shared decision making. This would include
the joint review of permitting of major mines in LBN Territory.

So the Foundation Agreement went beyond mere consultation. However,
what I didn't appreciate was that unlike some provisions, the reaching a common
understanding and dispute resolution process was not to have immediate
effect. The provisions that would have immediate effect are identified as such
in Schedule B to the Foundation Agreement - those listed as Milestones are
parts of the Foundation Agreement will take place once all parties agree on details.

I am now much more optimistic that the EAC will be issued.
The Province will continue to consult with LBN when conducting
the current review.

Thanks again for your guidance.
