Aug 3 2020 LMNL traded at around $18.50BUT NOT FOR LONG. The share price was a few dollars above what the Prometic sharesholders were offered re. 'RIGHTS OFFER'. I sometimes wonder if that share price was orchestrated by Thomvest. In a court of law they could say: "those 'rights shareholders' had a chance to make some profit. It's their own fault if they didn't take the opportunity." The window of opportunity was very small really and certainly no where near recouping their PLI losses so I doubt many would have sold. BUT THOMVEST would have understood it was a selling opportunity!! I wonder if it's possible to find out WHO was selling around that timeframe??
