RE:Yes, the thrill is gone....A reasonable type would say that there is nothing comforting about $800K because its meaning is not as originally thought. Had they packaged the whole announcement differently, the market most likely would not have cared as much about the whole $2 million as it implicitly did with the spike in share price at the time. That's why it was such a non-event yesterday. The "promise", if you wish to call it that, on which most of us invested was broken. The thrill is indeed gone and most of us are now waiting to hear some news that we can find thrilling in some way, and it is only in the form of real clients putting some real purchasing $$$ towards BC itself (HC endorsement as a prerequisite for many I assume)....the BC whose sales proposition has been de-risked by integrating other air quality measurement and monitoring features. To me, this de-risking means that Covid detection need is not as nearly in demand as many on social forums think they should be...and KNR communications machinery surely does not seem to be out there touting its existence and needs. As noted on the "other board", can't even hit a "search" result of BC at OES website. They are certainly not pivoting their operations due to the BC manufacturing demand. Pandemic urgency has resulted in a product that has become a long-term project. Weird.

But the promise remains. Remember how we saw that spike on the first news of the 2 mil grant... sure, they burned up all that enthusiaism and good will so no real response this time. But the fact that after all this time that money came through and the notion that it was more than likely delayed due to implementing improvements should really comfort us. That's all I got for now. Have a nice day all you reasonable types!
(oh, and I know what I will do with my profits here when they come - an electric vw bus! Yep, I have time)
