@ smiles and Masson...How about defining Marxist and how it compares to Canada political system?  

We are a social democracy, were we decided that basic health and education services are free and minimum revenue provided to all.  Any Catholics should agree these are basic human values?  Don't you think so Masson?

Our politicians at all level of gouvernement are elected every 4 years and it is forbidden for political parties to be funded by business in order for them not to be influenced by business interest!  The people interest goes first ! A lesson our southern friends could learn from?

For a country were almost 50% of the population is looking forward to reinstating a disgraced king and its dynasty, yep!  No lessons taken there!
