RE:PT upgrade to $5.50

Can see this by end of year. Leisure and travel demand should increase as vaccination rates rise. Regional travel will benefit the most in the short term which is great for Chorus Aviaiton. Government announcement on border reopenings will impact timing of recovery but either way this is a solid pick for the long term.
