The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

If you believe all the talk to the media was BS about the cultural significants & the fly in by the TCG & elders to stop drilling was all BS, keep buying. My bet is DBG will not be developing anything in Sheslay.
