Thanks for the info as always Jeff.

Can you comment on your recent share purchase of 50K as it relates to the real estate acquisition.

Previous PR indicates this is an ongoing negotiation. I assumed as CEO you weren't allowed to purchase stocks while negotiating an acquisition? 

Can you comment on when you can and can't purchase shares? I remember a few months back you said you were not able buy any shares at the moment becuase something was in the works. It might've been related to Alberta?
