The big vote was mid May and here we are mid July and not one news release not one update on the future plans and $0.49 cents from delisted on Nasdaq. I don't think anyone truly thought they would pull out of this. The vote was just fighting over who got the last scraps off the plate before either selling out to one of AD's companies at a $1.00 valuation or just closing the doors and saying hey we really tried but couldn't dig ourselves out of the hole Dr R created. If they had a real plan in mind going into the vote it would have been started by now. Doesn't take 60 days to do a financial audit. Trying not to give financial advice so all I'll say is if anyone is debating investing in this sham maybe go invest in Nortel Networks, you have almost the same chance of getting your return on investment. I can't see it happening but who knows. Anthony and Dr R should have been put on trial for what they did. I don't blame Dr R anymore than AD. I remember the interviews back in 2018 with AD, the lies about the buildout, the lies about the licenses around the corner and so many more. Just to hook investors.
