I would phone IR. The problem is gold and silver have been in an uptrend but generally the gold & silver stocks have been under preforming. Stocks that have low volume are getting manipulated.

I've said this many times that IR needs to do a much, much larger market campaign to attract investors. We need to bring back the million plus shares a day trade again.
