This is just a CEO telling people what he thinks they wanna hear with absolutely nothing substanciating his claims. We cannot believe these two latest brand new pumpers claims either. The location the one claims to have visited, does it really exist? Could it be one of the locations that was previously promoted as having it's lease agreement signed but as discovered recently that was not the case. It was discovered the agreement that was signed was in fact not a lease agreement at all. What was signe was Letters of Intent to Lease. 
Consider this, Remember how rushed they were to sudenly come up with verifiable addresses for clinic locations? Remember the odd posturing in the paid  interviews? What if the letters of intent to lease for 6 clinics in Ontario were signed simply to allow Empower Clinics to hang up a few signs in order to appease share holders with verifiable clinic locations. "I'm sure they announced the letters of intent were refered to as being lease agreements though." Hmmm? And all it would take to pull off that charade would be to hang a few signs. A curious shareholder drives by, see's the sign's and gets convinced without actually investigating the property. That shareholder posts their personal conformation and the other shareholders follow along.  Remember there are some convinced they are part of some kind of army. Just remember this, everything that was posted online since the Audit began has been unverifiable and we have heard some Wild speculation and stagering goals. Along with them a wide range of excuses for everything over the past six months.
So now these new pumpers claim to have visited but did they just see a sign posted? One never knows. I doubt they even know considering they have an opinion that anyone living in Canada resides in a basement within driving distance of southern Ontario and can easily drive there and verify this for themselves.
And look at this fact, they are two Brand New pumpers and their first post ever garners them mulitple thumbs up. No doubt from other pumpers. NoSir Folks I don't buy their brand of Bull. That is not Proof! Something that has been missing with Empower Clinics for 6 months now. But don't blame me, just look at the volume of shareholders bailing out of this outfit at these low prices while good Ole Sigma6 does nothing to stem the flow. That fellow investors is the bottom line.
