Cannabis Edibles Investment Could Develop Into Something BigBought the stock because it has a growing real estate portfolio.  The investment in the cannabis edibles company is a bonus which could develop into something major down the road.  Not a consumer myself but apparemtly cannabis edibles like gummies are super popular and the cannabis edibles company is producing a premium, specialized product which could fetch some higher than average gross margins.  I've seen small investments develop into something bigger and the 20% investee ends up acquiring the entire company and bringing it under the umbrella of the public company as a wholly-owned subsidiary.  Will be interesting to see the development of the cannabis edibles company and the revenues and earnings growth it can generate.  In any case, love this stock because management and insiders own around 80% of the roughly 30 million shares outstanding.  A big move upward could happen in a heartbeat as the public float is so small.  We could see this easily over $1 by the end of the year if they announce further positive developments in either the real estate side or the cannabis edibles part of the operation.
